🛍️ Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your Embelleo experience!
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 24 Hours of delivery with photos.
We’ll happily arrange a replacement or exchange for you.
For hygiene and safety reasons, used or opened beauty products cannot be returned or exchanged.
All returns and exchanges must be unused, in their original packaging, and approved by our support team before sending them back. 💌


🔁 Exchange Policy

If you received the wrong shade or product and it’s unused and unopened, you may request an exchange within 48 Hours of receiving your parcel.
The customer will be responsible for return shipping costs, unless the mistake was on our end.
Once we receive and verify the returned product, your replacement will be sent out promptly. 💄


🚚 Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
Local delivery across Pakistan takes around 3–5 working days, while international orders may take 7–14 days, depending on your location.
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via WhatsApp or email for easy tracking. ✨

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan and secure online payment options for customers who enjoy free delivery across Pakistan,you just need to pay a small amount of your order,before the delivery for conformation to have a free of cost delivery across Pakistan.
