1. Return & Exchange Policy

  • We accept returns or exchanges within 3 days of delivery for unused, unopened products in their original packaging.

  • Due to hygiene reasons, opened or used beauty products cannot be returned.

  • If you received a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with pictures for a quick replacement.

2. Shipping Policy

  • Free shipping is available on all orders within Karachi.

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Delivery within Karachi usually takes 1–3 business days.

  • At the moment, we do not offer international shipping.

3. Payment Methods

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Bank Transfer / SadaPay

4. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement by contacting our support team.

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
